Cookies and browser storage
Realio.ge sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It uses a few items of browser storage that the site needs to work.
Preview: nothing is sent to Realio's servers
This site is currently a preview. Forms, accounts, saved homes and orders are stored only in your own browser and nothing is sent to Realio's servers. The text below describes the live service that will run once the site is connected.

In short
We use only storage that is needed to provide what you ask for, so we do not show a cookie consent banner. We do not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not share this storage with advertisers.
Preferences and saved items
Your display currency, whether you closed the top banner, and homes you saved while signed out are kept in your browser until you clear your browser data. Your language choice is kept in a cookie named realio-lang for one year, so the site opens in your language next time.
Form drafts and personal details
Form drafts you have not sent and other items that contain personal details (such as a name, email or phone number) expire from your browser after 30 days.
Sign-in session
When you sign in, our sign-in service (Supabase) keeps a session token in your browser under a key starting with sb-, so you stay signed in. It is removed when you sign out.
Bot protection and hosting
Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is filled in by a person. Cloudflare may set a short-lived cookie or token for this and for protecting the site. Cloudflare also receives your IP address as our host.
Payment pages
When you pay, you are sent to a payment page run by Odoo and Stripe. They set their own cookies under their own policies. Card details are entered there and never reach Realio.
Maps
The search map is loaded from Mapbox, which receives your IP address and the map requests your browser makes.
Your choices
You can clear or block browser storage and cookies in your browser settings. The site still works, but preferences, saved items and your sign-in will not be remembered. Questions: legal@realio.ge.
