Pricing questions
Who qualifies for the free listing?
Every owner or agency can have one active Standard listing free for 30 days and renew that same listing free while it remains available. Additional portfolio capacity is included in agency plans. One account per owner or agency; duplicate accounts are not eligible.
Can I change a listing during its paid period?
You can update the same property’s details and photos. A package cannot be moved to a different property, except that agency listing slots can be reused once a property has been closed.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Contact our team to confirm the remaining term and any price difference before changing your package.
What happens if my property sells early?
You can close the listing at any time. Advertising periods do not pause when a property sells. Any cancellation or refund request will be reviewed under the agreed order terms and applicable law.
How do I get started?
Create your account and add your property. Our team can confirm a paid package before payment. This preview lets you explore the flow without taking a payment.
Is searching and contacting advertisers free?
Browsing, saving properties, comparing homes and contacting advisors are free for buyers and tenants.
What does a promotion include?
Listing package prices cover one property for the selected period. Premium and Featured prices include the Standard listing; there is no additional listing charge.
How does homepage placement work?
Homepage positions rotate across Featured properties. Promotion increases visibility; it does not guarantee inquiries, viewings or a sale.
How do agency plans work?
Agency prices are for one month. Included Premium promotions are per listing for 7 days and do not roll over. Additional promotions use the published per-listing prices.
Do plans renew automatically or include commission?
There is no automatic renewal. At expiry, renew your chosen package or contact us to change your plan. No sale-based commission is charged by Realio.ge for these advertising packages; separate advisor services must be agreed separately.
How do currency, payment and preview mode work?
Prices are stated in GEL. No VAT is added to these prices. Other currencies show indicative conversions. Your selected plan and total price are confirmed before payment; the current preview does not take payments or activate paid promotion.
